About Vision in X

Vision in X industrial imaging GmbH was founded in 2013 as a spin-off from the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) and the Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin). The company is headquartered in Berlin. Vision in X provides software and system solutions for industrial radiology. We possess proven expertise in this field of technology, including more than two decades of experience in digital radiology for industrial applications, as well as 35 years of experience in software development and the design of image processing algorithms. Alongside our own electronics, our software ISee! Professional often serves as the core component of our products and developments. Our work focuses on achieving technical excellence in specialised applications, including customised solutions when required.

Many competing products are software solutions originally developed for the medical or security markets and later rebranded for NDT applications. In contrast, our software was designed specifically to meet the needs of NDT users. Its development builds upon research expertise and practical experience in digital radiology accumulated at BAM over the past 20 years.

Our software can be purchased as a standalone product or together with imaging and X-ray equipment. The standalone option is ideal for system integrators or customers who wish to assemble a complete system themselves or already own X-ray equipment. In the second case, we deliver a fully integrated, turnkey system.

Another key area of our work is consulting and supporting customers who already use digital X-ray technologies or are preparing to transition to them, enabling them to benefit from our extensive experience in industrial digital radiology.
