Custom digital inspection systems and digital systems for general purpose industrial radiology

Vision in X offers custom-designed systems or system for general purpose applications according to clients requirements: from weld inspection, dimensional or wall thickness measurements up to special applications.

Such systems usually consist of an NDT-grade DDA and the ISee! Professional software extended with add-on modules according to clients requirements.  Further, a new X-ray source may be included or the X-ray equipment already existing at the user's facility is (re)used (retrofit digital X-ray systems).  The second case is a reasonable and cost-efficient solution which has to be pursued as long as possible.

Several detector sizes and different resolutions can be offered, according to the requirements of the customer.  Together with the customer we can perform a requirements analysis and suggest an optimal solution, independent from the manufacturer of the imaging (detector) or X-ray generation hardware.  This is possible thanks to support of multiple detectors by the ISee! Professional software and allows the customer to freely extend the system without changing the software in the future.
